Lesaffre’s bread improvers are designed to simplify and enhance the work of bakers. Flour quality, manufacturing process, the equipment used, regulatory requirements and the nature of the finished products are all put into considerations.

MAGIMIX® BLUE Bread Improver

Applications: For frozen dough which can be adapted for any type of bread.

  • 5% to 3% of the total flour weight depending on the product reference.

Direction for use:

  • Add MAGIMIX® BLUE directly in the flour and mix.
  • For better result, blend MAGIMIX® BLUE directly with dry flour for even dispersal of the gluten.

Shelf Life: The product must be used within 24 months from the production date.

Packaging: 10kg/ bag

MAGIMIX® GREEN Bread Improver

Applications: For volume and to help dough tolerance.

  • 0.3% to 0.5% of the total flour weight

Direction for use:

  • Add MAGIMIX® GREEN directly in the flour and mix.
  • For better result, blend MAGIMIX® GREEN directly with dry flour for even dispersal of the gluten.

Shelf Life: The product must be used within 24 months from the production date.

Packaging: 10kg/ bag

MAGIMIX® RED Bread Improver

Applications: For lean dough volume.

  • 0.3% to 0.5% of the total flour weight

  • Add MAGIMIX® RED directly in the flour and mix.
